Leeds Creative Skills Festival – 18th November 2024
Organised by Leeds City Council’s Employment & Skills Service, the Leeds Creative Skills Festival 2024 was held in November at the amazing and culturally rich Royal Armouries.
Our third Leeds Creative Skills Festival, offered a refreshed experience which was filled with inspiration and discovery. Visitors were able to explore the exciting career paths, unleash creativity and learn from industry experts.

Everyone who attended had the opportunity to find out about careers and skills to work in:

- Architecture
- Crafts
- Design (including product, graphic and fashion)
- Film, TV, video, VFX and SFX,
- IT, video games, software and computer services (creative tech)
- Museums, libraries, galleries and heritage
- Music, performing and visual arts
- Publishing
- Plus many more!
This event was part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. In West Yorkshire, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority leads the implementation of the Fund as part of the Mayor’s ambition to make West Yorkshire the best place to work, learn and live.
