Superpower have partnered with Leeds City Council to support local people to find work experience and paid employment opportunities. Also supporting local employers to access a diverse talent pipeline. 

The platform matches employers with people looking for work experience, placements, volunteering opportunities, part time and full time employment roles, using AI to ensure that employers receive applications from the right people. It promotes fair recruitment by removing bias and typical shortlists primarily feature applications from women and people from ethnic minority backgrounds. Superpower also provides mentoring, online short courses and more to help build employability skills.
