The Ingenuity smart city innovation hub at White Rose Park in South Leeds, will be a new, purpose-designed facility with work, event, meeting and collaboration space, IoT lab and user testing suite, soon to be only a 4 minute train journey from Leeds City Centre. Ingenuity will support the city’s ambition to become a world-leading, innovative connected place that delivers 21st century smart services to people, communities and business.
Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the hub will boast flexible workspaces, modern meeting rooms, co-working areas, and innovation labs that cater to the needs of entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry leaders alike. The building itself emphasises sustainability and incorporates eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems, aligning with the initiative's commitment to a greener future. The hub, opening in early 2025, will actively promote inclusivity and diversity. Regular events, workshops, and networking sessions being organised to nurture a sense of community, breaking down barriers and fostering connections that transcend age, gender, and cultural backgrounds.
